Despite celebrating an arguably more ‘significant’ number in its 25th birthday year, the Air Max 1 has been overshadowed thus far in 2012 by the Air Force 1’s 30th anniversary. And just as the AF1 got some Safari print, here’s another classic from Nike Sportswear rocking the a made famous by the original red and blue Air Max 1s. The Nike Air Pegasus ’89 switch out the Sport and Varsity shades for Spark and Italy, respectively, but those colors paired with white and grey on these Pegs screams ‘1987!’.
