We’ve seen our fair share of outlandish takes on the Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star before, but today’s Gold Chains Collection could just be one of the most ambitious pairs to date. The canvas upper has never been known as a premium or exclusive pair to grab – instead it was its widespread availability that made these appealing enough to be an American classic. Today we look at two pairs that opt for luxury though, with a Versace like reference featuring a number of printed gold chains intersecting while an actual gold chain is linked across the back heel. Available in both red and navy, the clean white midsole and toe box let you focus on the gold.
