Back in July we received an exciting update in a new adidas Originals silhouette that managed to channel some inspiration from past retro runners in the adidas Originals Temper Run. The upper features a wavy aesthetic of overlapping layers in a soft suede while a ventilated mesh serves as the base for a look that would be more familiar to the 90s than in the middle of 2014. But with retro runners as popular as ever for lifestyle usage, has the three stripes found another hit? The latest colorway gets a “Stone” grey while hints of orange call out the Torsion and Adiprene technology used on the outsole.
