Nike Designers Marc Dolce, Denis Dekovic, and Mark Miner Hired by adidas

Dolce Dekovic Miner

It appears that adidas have managed another impressive move to add to their ongoing resurgence: Nike designers Marc Dolce, Denis Dekovic, and Mark Miner will be working with adidas beginning in 2015. The announcement comes via the Twitter of Dekovic, and has tacitly been confirmed by various adidas PR folk on social media endorsing the message. Generally such high level designers have some non-compete clauses that force them to take a little break when making the switch to another footwear company, so we wouldn’t be surprised if these three will have some downtime between now and their future adidas employment. See Dekovic’s tweet below and let us know in the comments how you feel about these Nike designers being hired at adidas.
