The Reebok GL 6000 has taken a back seat to other coveted hoops retros for the Vector Brand as of late, and the reasoning makes sense. With shoes like the Reebok The Shroud returning to the 90s glory days, the basketball category is an easy sell to get behind. But there’s plenty of retro runners in Reebok‘s arsenal that are sorely missed, which is why it’s great to see Hanon team up with the Reebok GL6000 for this “3 Castles” collaboration. Inspired by their hometown of Aberdeen, the silhouette takes on a feudal motif with premium grey pigskin and suede serving as the base to mimic stone castles. Aberdeen’s reference continues with a rich red accent color while a stone pattern arrives on the inner lining. Hanon‘s signature logo can be found on the tongue. The pair is headed to overseas retailers this December 6th, so stay tuned for a potential stateside release date in the future.
