Brooklyn Museum Rise Of Sneaker Culture

For some, sneakers have been as much of an artform as they are a functional piece of the everyday outfit. In fact, many sneaker collectors have set up their own exhibits that double as storage solutions in their homes. Beginning this July 10th, the Brooklyn Museum will open up a massive exhibit called the Rise of Sneaker Culture, with approximately 150 pairs on display ranging from a wide variety of brands, designers, collaborators, and more. The entire experience is organized by the American Federation of Arts at the Bata Shoe Museum in Toronto. More details to come.
