You’ll never see this bulky, goes-with-Wrangler-jeans sneaker get some noteworthy collaborations or the SP/TZ/QS/NikeLab treatment, but don’t rule anything out just yet. This Nike Air Monarch in “Black/Cement”, inspired by the Air Jordan III, is just an example of just how awesome this king of Swoosh can get; it’s an unreleased sample (not a custom) that was revealed by a Nike employee that works in a role that deals with Monarch and similar product, and it gives us a clear indication that the Monarch has more ground to potentially reign over. Check out these rare photos below and let us know if you’d rock any Jordan-inspired Monarchs.
