Built For Greatness: An Official Look at the Nike LeBron 13

Introducing the Nike LeBron 13. Sneaker News travelled to Akron, Ohio to check out LeBron James’ thirteenth signature sneaker with Nike Basketball and today we get a first look at the debut colorway, the Nike LeBron 13 “Written In The Stars”, inspired by Lebron’s Akron roots. The shoe features three key components – a breathable sock-like fit for flexibility that still retains a lockdown support, the return of a Hyperposite shell for impact protection, and bigger, bolder Nike Hex Zoom Air cushioning units for an explosive ride. The “Written In The Stars” LeBron 13 will debut in China on October 1st followed by a stateside release on October 10th. A yet to be revealed LeBron 13 “Away” colorway will be available October 27th just in time for the Cavs’ season opening in Chicago. NIKEiD customization begins September 30th.
