Nike is gift-wrapping an L for Christmas Day with the release of the Nike Vapor Edge Kobe 6 SE “Mismatched Grinch”. Made exclusively for the gridiron, these Kobes capture two iconic Nike Kobe shoes from past and present into one pair.
In celebration of the Christmas holiday, Nike has paired up the Black Mamba’s most memorable releases from the late-season festivities. The right green shoe is from 2010’s Kobe 6 “Grinch”, a sneaker that is arguably amongst the greatest Nike Basketball shoes ever. The right is the “Reverse Grinch”, an alternate variation of the shoe that hit stores in Christmas 2023.
Replacing the basketball-ready outsole traction, Nike has instead brought in the US Football program by fitting the shoes with the Vapor Edge bottoms. For all the route-runners out there gearing up for the postseason games, the Mismatched Grinch Kobes are a must-have.
