New Balance brought back the New Balance 530 in style last year, and things have been just swell for the oft-forgotten retro runner ever since. The silhouette is definitely a head-turner for New Balance thanks to a unique midsole that’s sleeker than plenty of archival models and even takes things a step further thanks to the boldest tongue branding in NB’s lineup. All of those advancements haven’t stopped the colorists over in Boston from draping the 530 in a rather familiar New Balance aesthetic, as a soft grey suede coincides with a premium navy leather on the side panels to contrast with autumn ready shades of burgundy and tan. It’s been almost a year since Ronnie Fieg helped boost this runner to prevalence with an autumn inspiration of his own, so this look is only fitting.
