The adidas NMD is back with the new “Bred Pack” slated for a release later this summer. adidas Originals has dominated the summer months thanks to a smart combination of breathable Primeknit uppers and the extra cushion found in the brand’s Boost injected midsoles. With the likes of the adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged and the adidas NMD series going strong, it isn’t too hard to figure out why we’re seeing a three stripes renaissance the past few seaons.
The adidas Originals NMD “Bred Pack” utilizes two brand new colorways of the mesh adidas NMD R1, each in a familiar Chicago-esque shade. A simple black pair utilizes a neoprene heel for added comfort while a bold red splashes on the midsole. The above pictured red colorway is the inversion of the more traditional “Bred” theme, with a vibrant monochromatic red upper split between neoprene and mesh. A core black shade contrasts on the midsole and outsole.
There’s still no word yet on a release date regarding this NMD offering, but stay tuned for more updates right here on Sneaker News. Be sure to let us know what you think of this NMD_R1 “Bred Pack” by taking your thoughts to our comments section too.
