Jordan Brand Gave Jeff Green Special Air Jordan 31 PEs To Commemorate His Heart Surgery

On January 9th, 2012, Jeff Green underwent critical heart surgery to repair a rare heart condition, and he recently took to The Players’ Tribune to detail his mental and physical recovery from such a life-altering experience. Jordan Brand presented Jeff with two PEs of the Air Jordan XXX1 commemorating the surgery, with special details that include the date of the procedure, the name of the doctor, and a special Jumpman logo inspired by the American Heart Association.
