Nike Adds Free Cushioning To The Metcon Series

Nike Adds Free Cushioning To The Metcon Series

Nike’s popular MetCon training series is being combined with the brand’s incredibly flexible Free platform. TPU-faced open mesh – similar to chain mesh – comes into play on this performance-geared sneaker, making it both lightweight and durable for those who love supersets and deadlifts. A triangle midfoot combined with rubber and laser-siped flex grooves in the forefoot maximize natural motion and provide even more stability to the wearer than MetCon iteration from before. Finally, the tri-stars at the bottom of this offering reveal a black core that is a softer-density foam, providing even more cushioning underfoot. Avid fitness junkies will have no issue using he Nike Free x Metcon for any and all exercises, from burpees and handstand pushups to both long and short distance runs. The Swoosh Brand’s newest training sneaker will be available from global retailers in men’s sizing on April 1st.
