First Look At The adidas Ozweego Neoprene

adidas has displayed a remarkable propensity for re-working their classic silhouettes into modern-day favorites like the Yung 1 and adidas Falcon. Now, their newest homage-filled take on an old-school favorite — the Ozweego Neoprene — is set to arrive soon in an all-black colorway, inspired by the popular Ozweego running line from the late ’90s. This new silhouette features a deconstructed-style upper that boasts the same overall shape as the heritage runners, but adds visible design elements like a translucent lace tube that wraps around the heel and stripped-back overlays for a healthy dose of modern-day style. The aggressively styled midsole uses adiprene cushioning for comfort, and low-light visibility is ensured by small high-vis reflective hits that appear around the throat and on the midfoot. Part tradition, part trail and part topical, you can look for this compelling new design to start rolling out at Three Stripes stockists later this spring season.
