Nike’s ever-classic Air Max 1 has gone from overstated to under in the turn of only a few days, with this minimal edition adding to the latter’s somehow alluring school of thought. Blue suede uppers ornament every single accent of the pair’s construction, with panelling adding dimension only through their variance in elevation. Small contrasting hits in the stitching are much more pronounced on this pair, alleviating any worry of a one-noted scheme. White midsoles and complimenting insoles match the rest o the kit with exuberance while the most modified feature, the swoosh, quietly rests in debossed form. Heel counter typography follows suit, holding true to themes, completing a colorway of reserved design.
