Introduced as part of the Trefoil Brand’s year-long celebration of their classic Torsion tech’s 30th anniversary, the adidas ZX Torsion combines styles both old and new for a compelling look, and now it’s surfaced in a traditional grey colorway. The stripped-back and aggressively-styled upper calls to mind images of ’90s adidas EQT footwear, even more so here than on previous makeups thanks to its tonal grey palette and luxe suede overlays sitting on top of a sporty mesh base. A single poignant pop of color is provided by a neon yellow Torsion lace deubre. Meanwhile, a technical aesthetic is on full display down below thanks to a two-piece midsole connected by a teal Torsion bar and packed with Boost cushioning in both halves. Cool and collected yet still striking in their look, these new adidas shoes will release on September 14th for $140 USD, so check out our retailer list directly below to see where you can procure a pair.
