Vans Celebrates 10 Years Of A BATHING APE China With Region Exclusive Customs

Vans Celebrates 10 Years Of A BATHING APE China With Region Exclusive Customs

Towards the latter half of 2020, Vans started to put more faith in their Customs platform, enlisting quite a bit of artistic help from outside creatives. And soon, over at the brand’s China-based arm, we’re to see A BATHING APE join the roster with not one but two limited edition patterns.

Made to commemorate 10 years of BAPE STORE China, the capsule will span a number of their signature silhouettes — specifically, the Slip-On, Authentic, Old Skool, Sk8-Hi, and Era. Each, subtle tweaks aside, will be sprawled over top with the aforementioned graphics: one is more familiar in its forest-like camo print, while the other is marginally more special in its greyscale variation. The ever-iconic Ape heads are spread within, streaked as if done by calligraphy.

Take a peek at a few of their examples here, and if you don’t reside in China, then it’ll be difficult to acquire a set for yourself. Currently, you can enter the raffle via Vans China with winners selected any time from December 2nd to December 15th.

In unrelated news, a detailed look at the Dunk Low UNLV was revealed earlier.
