The adidas Forum 84’s roots trace back to the ’80s basketball scene—yet the model has developed a franchise of off-court styles over time. The Forum 84 Low ADV, a skate-minded, re-design of the classic, has just been released in two tonal colorways—Core Black and White.
Both monochromatic offerings are constructed of smooth leather uppers reminiscent of its predecessor. However, the paneling has been altered for improved durability to meet the demands of skating. In addition, the White pair in particular uses off-white overlays and laces to deliver an aged look. Suede overlays wrapped around the toe and heel create a skate-appropriate style, while the signature ankle strap has been removed. A gum sole featuring adidas’s trefoil logo patterned underfoot rounds out the design while also boosting traction.
Grab a pair at select skate shops such as Premier Skate for $110.
