The Hyperfuse is one of Nike’s biggest basketball shoes as of late and this is just another example as to why. Having seen a few previews of upcoming colors, these seem to match the aesthetics of a preview we did back in December. Featuring Nike’s newest fad, Torch fabric, as an overlay for the upper, the ankle gets a unique design that’s almost reminiscent of either an iris or a moth’s wing- which i influenced by eyes anyway. However, this aqua colorway has never been seen and is certainly the most powerful of the previous colorway’s we’ve seen. That’s because this pair will be the official footwear for players of the FIBA 2010 World Championship Games, this year hosted by Turkey. No word if these will be available for retail, but stay tuned. Otherwise a lucky size 9 can be scooped up from oSneaker.
