Nike is constantly reimagining the Air Force 1. And this year, in observation of the icon’s 40th Anniversary, the brand has only gone to greater lengths. Thankfully, the shoe’s latest is not quite as out there, aesthetically, as it opts for a simple interpretation of the much-beloved “Panda” colorway.
As the above suggests, this Air Force 1’s palette is comprised entirely of neutral colors. Echoing the two-toned look of its Peter Moore-designed counterpart, the pair dresses its overlays in black and its unders in a bright white. Save for the Swoosh, which flips what’s expected of the animal-inspired scheme, the adjacent fixtures are similarly reminiscent of the alluded Dunk Low.
For a closer look at this black-on-white Air Force 1, take a look at the official images below. These should be hitting select retailers and Nike.com before the end of the year, so sit tight if you’re looking to add a set to your rotation.
In other news, another KITH Classics x adidas Originals Collection is releasing soon.
