NIKE, Inc. hasn’t unveiled any expansive Halloween 2022 collection, but it’s been teasing handful of products via official images ahead of the spookiest date of the year. The latest scare?: A Nike Blazer Low.
Akin to other styles of the original Nike Basketball proposition, the newly-surfaced pair indulges in an understated color palette, but boasts cracked leather construction across its upper that differentiates it from many of its predecessors. Playing into the October 31st-theme, however, profile swooshes and “NIKE” text at the spine take on a layered arrangement, with the layer in the background emulating the larger-than-life shadows cast by ghouls, haunted houses and other figures of the night in frightening tales. Branding on the top of the tongue and stamped onto the sock-liners also change up their font-of-choice for a spookier option, further injecting the Halloween spirit into the Nike Blazer. Underfoot, herringbone-patterned traction takes on a witch-appropriate green to round out the costume.
Enjoy official images of the pair ahead, and anticipate a Nike.com launch soon.
In related sneaker news, the LeBron 20 is set to debut on September 29th.
