Carlos Prieto Shares A First Look At Unreleased SoleFly x Air Jordan 13 Samples

SoleFly and Jordan Brand have a relationship more intimate than most, as founder Carlos Prieto has been working with the brand from the Miami-based storefront’s earliest days. We’ve seen countless collaborative offerings since, such as an Air Jordan 3 back in 2015 and an Air Jordan 1 High in 2018. And in the later months of 2022, we also saw the team’s take on the Air Jordan 13, which beat out what looks to be a sizable number of samples.

Taking to IG to reveal what could have been, Carlos Prieto shares a first look at a number of SoleFly x Air Jordan 13 samples, essentially comparing them to what became the final product. While they would ultimately land on a design inspired by MJ’s “Catch 23” boat, Prieto and team seemed keen on referencing past colorways in the early stages. One pair, for example, is reminiscent of the “French Blue,” while four others ostensibly reimagine the much-beloved “Flint.”

Enjoy a look at the SoleFly x Air Jordan 13 samples for yourself ahead. Unfortunately, it’s likely none will be made available to the public.

In other news, the A Ma Maniere Air Jordan 12 White is officially releasing on March 2nd.
