The Nike Dunk High has played a role in the brand’s success since its debut in 1985. Ahead of summer, the silhouette has appeared in a “White” and “Palomino” ensemble.
Reminiscent of some of the most iconic offerings of the past, the latest Nike Dunk features straightforward color-blocking. Smooth leather bases take on a “colorless” finish that allows for the slightest contrast to revel in the spotlight. Overlays throughout the upper, then, opt for a dark brown akin to an upcoming Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG. The Dunk High, however, favors a leather construction instead of suede detailing. Branding on the tongue label also gets a “Palomino” finish. Underfoot, the oft-imitated sole unit rounds out the simple arrangement in the sneakers’ two tones, with traction opting for the darker of the two.
