Gourmet got their start by aping some of the more easily identifiable Air Jordan designs, and though they’ve branched out into some superb original designs, these guys know not to stray too far from what’s hot. Enter the Gourmet Quattro Skate, a slightly redesigned take on one of their staple hightops. These joints feature a double-stitched suede ollie area plus ankle insignias that might remind you of ’70s-era adidas kicks. There’s a black model with a white sole plus one in white with a nice icey translucent bottom, both of which should hit retailers later this year. via CT
