NIKE, Inc. introduced the mismatched “What The” concept in 2007 to celebrate 31 of the SB Dunk’s most emblematic releases since 2002. Over the years, the Oregon-based conglomerate has revisited the iconic style multiple times, with the latest arriving as a kid’s-exclusive Nike Dunk.
A complete breakdown of the 10 different colors that appear on the pair hasn’t been provided by the brand, but all tones have touched the Nike Dunk Low at some point over the last 38 years. Rich “University Blue” comes together with vibrant orange, yellow, and green to harken back to the model’s collegiate days. Right and left shoes take on completely disparate arrangements, delivering a playful finish to the Grade School offering. The Swoosh may ultimately drop the multicolored Dunk for adults as well, but the brand has recently focused on its youngest consumer base, and important one for the company’s financial growth.
Enjoy official photos of the pair ahead, and anticipate a nike.com launch before 2023 ends.
