Over the past few months, Jordan Brand has been preparing a low-top version of the historically divisive Jordan Spizike for a Spring 2024 debut. With the silhouette’s “Year of the Dragon” effort set to kick-off the model next January, the Jordan Spizike Low will also be unveiled in a classic “Bred” colorway.
Unlike its original Air Jordan 4 predecessor, the hybrid silhouette sees a drastic dip in greyscale accents as “Cool Grey” shades exclusively treat the mudguard and heel’s Elephant print panels. The remaining tumbled leather real estate achieves a jet-black tint that consumes nearly the entirety of the upper. Further pitch-dark shades enamor the nylon tongue construction and the Air Jordan 8’s chenille tongue shroud while vibrant “Gym Red” accents compose the second half of the OG colorway throughout the lace lock, wings, heel tab and tread before peeking through the mid-foot webbed window for a layered aesthetic.
The Jordan Spizike Low “Bred” is currently scheduled to release in the Spring of 2024 for a retail price of $160. As we await further release details, the pair can be seen ahead in official imagery.
For more from underneath the Jumpman banner, the Jordan 4 “Olive” arrives on November 18th.
