Nike Air Huarache Runner “Summit White” Is Available Now

The offshoot Huarache takes on a classic colorway.

Nike Air Huarache Runner “Summit White” Is Available Now

Though the Nike Air Huarache has been surpassed since its 2015 inescapability by modern titans like the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 in the lifestyle lane, Beaverton can never put down the Tinker Hatfield design for long. Enter the Nike Air Huarache Runner, debuting in 2023 and retooling that classic construction for a more function-minded life. Now nearing its first birthday, the Nike Air Huarache Runner emerges in blend of “Summit White/University Red.”

Notably, the Runner ditching the iconic plush bootie design that marks mainline Huarache releases, leading to a far shorter overall profile. However, the other hallmark in the TPU heel cage remains, as does the swooping overlays that echo that retro futuristic design. Those intact sections help the Huarache Runner hold onto the same sporty sensibility it’s laid claim to since its inception. As for the colorway on offer here, the shoe is largely drenched in tonal notes of grey and white, but the hits of “University Red” that paint the branding tags bring extra life to this otherwise staid look.

The Nike Air Huarache Runner “Summit White” is up now on Nike.com, available in men’s sizing for $140.

Shifting to the Jordan Release Dates 2024 calendar, the Air Jordan 11 Space Jam and Air Jordan 12 “Red Taxi” highlight this month’s biggest drops.
