Pretty much nobody looked good against the unprecedented collection of elite basketball talent we’ve come to know as the Dream Team, but there was indeed one international squad who stood out amongst the pretenders. The Lithuanian national basketball team captured an unexpected bronze medal at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, and just as much attention was given to their Grateful Dead-inspired tie-dye garb. Ballers including Arvydas Sabonis wore adidas back in those days, but over the past few years, the yellow, green and red has been outfitted by Nike Basketball to the tune of some eye-catching designs like the one pictured above. The Nike Zoom Hyperdunk 2011‘Lithuania’ doesn’t have the speckling that abounded on their Air Max Hyperize from a couple years ago, but its high-contrast colorway is still among the most easily identifyable in all of sport.
