As the Air Jordan 6 enters its 30th anniversary year, the unmistakably-similar Jordan 6 Rings has recently ramped up its release roster, donning both muted and eye-catching ensembles. It’s latest ostensibly looked to the original Spiz’ike for inspiration.
Patent leather mudguards on the hybrid silhouette boast an all “Black” makeup. Part of the Jordan 13-inspired sole unit follows suit, but tread predominantly sports a vibrant scarlet tone. Mixed-materials construction from vamp to heel partake in a “yin-and-yang” palette, but Jordan 8-inspired logos on the tongue introduce rich green contrast. While no release details have been disclosed, it’s possible the multi-colored pair arrives in time for Black History Month given its shared colors with the Pan-African flag.
