Nike Air Huarache

Nike Air Huarache is a 1991 Nike sneaker designed by Tinker Hatfield that features a neoprene sock-liner. The Huarache served as the one of the most iconic models of the 90s, and enjoyed a dominant retro run during the 2010s as they reclaimed the inescapability they enjoyed some 20 years prior. While they may not boast the same street style ubiquity today, the Nike Air Huarache still stands as one of the foremost designs in the company’s catalog, making it a frequent touchstone for model revamps, borrowed colorways and other mashups. Recently, the Nike Air Huarache Runner emerged in the middle of 2023, remodeling the silhouette for a new life on the trail.
