The Los Angeles Lakers fell to the Dallas Mavericks in Game 1, while the Miami Heat took a commanding 2-0 lead in their series. The team with the 2011 League MVP was defeated by the surprising Atlanta Hawks, led by Joe Johnson’s scorching performance, and the OKC Thunder clapped loudly in Game 2 by evening up the series with the biggest upset story of the 2011 Playoffs – the Memphis Grizzlies.
