BAPE x adidas Originals Superstar 80s B Sides

A Bathing Ape is known for their reinterpretations of American classics that have over the years included a variety of adidas-inspired designs, but this latest release sees Nigo connect with The Brand with the Three Stripes to collaborate on one of the ones he borrowed.  The Bape x adidas Originals Superstar 80s ‘B-Sides’ is uncharacteristically calm for a Bathing Ape release, but then again, a quick look back over their recent offerings elicits a similar reaction.  A simple off-white suede with navy blue leather accents and just a hint of gold on the tongue is a can’t miss colorway for summer, though they’re expected to hit retailers toward the tail end of the dog days with an August 13th scheduled release.

at least they wont be fake

Sweet colorway, heard of bape before but never interested me, cool pair of campus though. If they easy to cop then ill grab a pair. These should have been the Star Wars edition for R2-D2, swap the bape monkey for a pic of R2 and these had of been fire. Not like the C3PO 50/50 ish they came out with. Gee i could make better shoes than half the designers out there.
