Nike LeBron 9 ‘Miami’

When pics of last year’s Nike LeBron 8 model first showed up in the standard black/red/white inline colorway, reactions were mixed and it wasn’t until the wildly popular South Beach edition that the masses started to change their tune in regards to the shoe. So far, early response to the Nike LeBron 9 has been similar to the last go-around, but we all knew it was only a matter of time before we got a look at the “energy” colorways sure to draw some additional excitement from the sneaker world. Here we get our first look at the “Miami” edition of the LeBron, featuring a Miami Hurricanes inspired colorway with a combo of green and orange further electrified by Volt accents. UPDATE: It has been brought to our attention that the color inspiration for the shoe is not from the Miami Hurricanes, but actually derives from an Air Force base training camp event held last year. More info on that and further LeBron 9 specifics coming soon.

It's the Miami Dolphins colorway fools, not the Canes. idk why they are being called the miami hurricanes colorway.

How are these even close to being called Miami? The green is nowhere near the canes green and organe aint even flashy besides the laces... Like the shoe still but dont call it Miami..
still a no maybe the v2's will look will look better, im feelin the low tops though

The tongue is definetly not catchy as the 8s.. but I am sure that nike could pull out with some dopeass colors.. like we thought the 8s were ugly in first appearance then with the south beach came out... our eyes flashed with misconception.

The Lebron 9's will be HUGE just like the Lebron 7's, just like the Lebron 8's, and so on...They will be retroed in many years to come, they will become classics. This shoe is HOT EFFING MAGMA...IN EVERY FREAKIN WAY...I need these, and I need just about every other Lebron 9 that drops, cannot wait. Thanks.

Probably won't achieve no where near the amount of fame that the south beaches did but I see these being a hot commodity depending on the rarity..?...overall I like the shoe, I'd cop!
