dont get what the point of putting carbon fiber on these, you cant actually tell that there is cabon fiber on it unless you are holding it

I copped the carbon 6 rings for my daughter and the carbon appears to be a nylon weave. I expected more of a molded surface. They began to unravel in under a week. A true sneakerhead may take care of them better than a 12 y.o. but they also crease quite a bit. I have the slime 2011s but I wouldn't risk getting these for just those reasons. I don't trust this carbon stuff now.
They should have dropped these in the first place. Typical JB, keep all the good stuff for themselves and give us the sloppy seconds. I don't know how much more I can take of that shit.
