With 2012 marking the 20th Anniversary of the legendary Dream Team of 1992, Nike and Jordan Brand is going full throttle with Olympic-inspired releases in order to make 2012 on of the most memorable sneaker years in history. Nike’s got the Dream Team Collection on lock, but Jordan Brand will up the ante by bringing back the Air Jordan VII ‘Olympic’ while introducing yet another Air Jordan Package dubbed the ‘Gold Medal’ Pack; it features the Air Jordan VII (the model worn by MJ during the ’92 Dream Team run) as well as the Air Jordan VI (worn by the original Team Jordan athlete Ray Allen during the 2000 Games) with Gold at its core. You guys all talk about Retro this, Retro that, but the fact of the matter is that if u really know your shoe game....THESE ARE RETRO, from '92 (vii's Jordan rocked, vi's Allen rocked) so YES, you younger generation sneaker heads, no disrespect, will be missing out of decide to pass. I understand anybody born '90 or later has no recollection of the GREATEST HOOP TEAM EVER ASSEMBLED IN THE OLYMPICS!!! Pure Dominance!! Sorry just had to throw that out there. Maybe If they made a Jordan shoe encyclopedia these Hypebeast could do some REAL research instead of reading these bullshit blogs about what's fresh, what to cop, what not to, what's gonna be a good resell cop,....what happend to coppin kicks because they appealed to u!! The 7s are a lot nicer than the 6s. Black and gold just looks classy. WHite and gold looks like something you'd wear to a sleezy nightclub LOL

I am going to hope that the 7's look extra glossy because of the angle of the flash. I don't cop white often but these look very classy, I definitely couldn't pass on them. If the 7's stay so shiny I might have to split it with a homie. Overall I am really feelin this pack.
