“Christmas” Nike KD V

Early photos had a grainy quality that led to an ‘ugly sweater’ interpretation connecting an uncharacteristically colorful Nike KD V to the Christmas holiday. And maybe there’s just the tiniest bit of that wooly flavor in there influencing the overall pattern, but these crisp new shots reveal a pixelated upper derived from classic 8-bit video game graphics. The inspiration is made clear on a whimsical footbed depicting Kevin Durant himself dunking as explosions, lightning bolts and bonus points pop off, and now that we have a better idea of what’s in store for the ‘Christmas’ KD V, do you think they’ll make the holidays as memorable as your first experience with Duck Hunt, Super Mario 64 or Halo? I like the inspiration on this but i'll just take the DMV's and probably iD a pair.
These are cool! Nothing to go rip the footlocker gates down over, but for some reason holiday theme shoes help blow the signature line up IMO! I'm sure these will move REGUARDLESS off all the people saying how ugly these "were"! But the Kobe is still by far the best Xmas shoe this year to me.
