Derrick Rose’s return to the NBA will be a major headline later this year, and there’s no question that adidas will benefit greatly from the return of the former NBA MVP. We touched on the effects of Rose’s on-court absence on his signature sneaker line and its performance on the retail aspect, but we can say for sure that the adidas Rose 4 will be much more relevant now that the player tied to the shoe will be laced up for full-contact basketball. The adidas Rose 4 hasn’t been officially unveiled yet, but here today we’re getting a first look at the adidas Rose 4.5 – a mid-season change of pace that offers Rose a lighter overall package as the season rolls along. This flashy design with metallic silver detais on the upper gives the shoe a zebra-like appearance, with a red/black colorway makings the Bulls presence known in this signature shoe.
