The Air Jordan XII “Taxi” is coming back for 2013, and looks to be releasing on December 14th, 2013. The colorway is an original one that was left out of the recent, 2012 string of bringbacks. Speaking of which: what ever happened to retro models taking a year or two off between releases? Let us know down in the comments if you wish Jordan Brand would be just a bit more reserved with their retros and make sure you peruse the rest of the pics waiting for you after the jump to get a good look at the 2013 “Taxi” Air Jordan XII.

I'm hoping that Hypebeasts/Public got all focus on the 11s and forget all about the these 12s

I am glad they are releasing so much heat so fast,  it keeps the broke ass hype beasts from buying up all the shit and it fucks over resellers.  I have been able to literally walk in 2 or 3 days after release and grab playoff 8's and Fire red 3's.  Ill let the hype beasts grab that ugly fucking fear pack next weekend and I will waltz in on Sunday and snag a pair of Fire Red 5's the week after no sweat.

Nice, I prefer for retro's to come back every two-3 years.  I actually wear mine (alot), and It'd be great to know that I can get a fresh pair in two-three years.  However, that's just me.

@isaacdexx What's the point of you getting them if your wearing them is dependent on others not wearing theirs? You sound like an idiot.

The BLK/RED 12's need to retro. It's been 10 years since the (OG leather) released.

Me wearing my shoes and how I choose to and when I choose to makes me an idiot.. what a closed minded statement. I simply stated I'm getting mine and not wearing until I know everyone has fucked theirs up. If you choose to buy shoes and immediately after their release day wear them more power to you you buy what you like and do what you please as I do. I got plenty nikes/Jordan's/bally and cavali shoes to choose from so it doesn't matter if I wear them years after I purchased. I like to have peace of mind that more than likely when I step out I'm not matching anyone in my city that particular day when it comes to footwear. Why all these recently released Jordan's I've had that got another re release won't be worn for a while after the hype parade dies down. I been sticking with Og color ways that haven't dropped in years like my gray toe 13s,wheat 13s, Carolina and gray 13s, Carolina 14s, Og redwood 14s and the list continues. Why would I want to match complete strangers in public? If that's your cup of tea then do you and I'll stay doing what I like to do. I've said this many times to each their own. You got your ways and other's got thiers. No disrespect taken by your comment either as your entitled to your opinions...

@isaacdexx I didn't mean it the way it sounded. I probably took your original statement wrong. I see what you're saying and I really hope someone wouldn't spend $160 on some shoes to mess them up, but hey, if they've got the money, more power to them. I see what you're saying and I didn't mean to sound close-minded.
