Today, OHSU Doernbecher Hospital announced the six young and courageous designers who have participated in Nike’s Doernbecher Freestyle, a collection of footwear designed by young patients at the Portland-based children’s hospital. The annual Nike Doernbecher Freestyle event will take place on Friday, October 28th, 2016, where the entire collection will be unveiled. A retail release will go down sometime in November. Currently, the sneakers that are part of this years Doernbecher set has not been revealed, but there will most certainly be an Air Jordan Retro as that has been the highlight of each and every release since the Doerbecher Freestyle first launched in 2007.
