Nike Air Max 95 – New York City – ’03 Black Out

The Air Max 95 revolutionized running shoes and has stood as a favorite for runners and sneaker heads alike for over a decade. The latest Nike Quickstrike release takes the classic Air Max 95 in a striking Black and Yellow colorway and adds the graphic of a city skyline to the side of each shoe. Notice that the skyline is a black against a fading yellow, this was the exact scene back in Summer of 2003 where the North East experienced a massive power outage or a “black out”. This Air Max 95 certainly brings back some memories of those days when the NYC was in chaos but many were brought closer.
