Air Force 1 iD - Metallic Woven Option

Nike iD can most likely be considered a success in its entirety, as the general public seems to have responded well to the concept of designing one’s own shoes. With this option, one can choose to create their own personal design and interpretation of what looks “good,” free of having to choose from preselected colorways delivered by the manufacturer. With the new Metallic Woven option set before the consumer-designer in all of us, there’s really no excuse anymore for complaining about colorways and such, when you have the freedom to create your own with some very nice premium materials! Earlier previewed here, these more in-depth photos of the Metallic Woven material definitely shows the beauty of the material, as well as the potential for some excellent designs based off of its stunning looks. Even though the Beijing Olympics are now over, you can “take home the gold” for yourself, so to speak, by creating yourself a pair of these. You can design a pair of these either by making an appointment with your local Nike iD studio, or online at the Nike Sportswear website.
