Vans has once again invited Crooks & Castles to put their spin on a shoe, and after the success of their Gucci-inspired Fourty-Four Hi model, expectations were high. It’s doubtful that anybody involved was disappointed to see the results of the collaboration. The Moda Hi blends elements of the Sk8-Hi and Mountain Edition High to create a new model with its ow identity. The shoe features a black on black upper constructed from a variety of materials. Some sections of the upper sport a textured stripe pattern while others use a simple black leather and the ankle is wrapped by a large area of rich leather with quilted stitching. A clean white midsole and top eyelet ring provide the only contrast to the solid black foundation. These are slated for a March 2010 release, so be sure to stay tuned for new info and pics along the way. You can get a look at the previous Crooks & Castles x Vans kicks after the jump. Via Hypebeast.
