NSW Stickballers Feet + Tournament Recap

While most people enjoyed time with their friends and family with a traditional Easter Sunday, 21 Mercer held it down for the off-beat crowd with its firts ever ‘Stickballers’ event with Futura.  With bright skies arriving just in time, it couldn’t have been a better setting for an inner-city tradition during the Spring and Summer.  The massive turnout enjoyed spectating around some avid stickball players, tunes by The Abstract himself, Q-Tip, gutter street foot, and later on a Yanks opening day screening followed by a Q&A with the NY Emperor’s Stickball League.  A good weather and a great turnout only means one thing- serious footwear.  People came out the wood works with a variety of heat, both old and new.  Check out the event recap pics, along with shots of a bunch of attendee’s kicks.
