Nearly fourteen years after the College Blue joints hit retailers in the fall of 1996, the Nike Air Max Uptempo 97 has released in what very well might be that model’s best colorways.  The ‘Urban Federation’ Edition AM Uptempo 97 caught Foamposite lovers’ attention when they popped up out of nowhere in July, but we’ve known the above pictured pair was coming for a little longer.  The Wolf Grey/Orion Blue Uptempo 97 brings this silhouette to a new level with its crisp two-toned colorway perfectly balanced by gradients on the signature midsole jewels.  An updated take on a beloved model from ’90s Nike Basketball, these joints will hit Foot Locker’s House of Hoops on Saturday, August 28th.
