Nike Air Force 1s have been on quite a roll recently. It’s a worthwhile debate as to whether this started around the time of last year’s 5 Boroughs Pack or perhaps a bit earlier but it’s perfectly clear Nike Sportswear is going back ‘Uptown’, crafting a series of AF1s in irresistibly simple colorways, the latest of which represents the convergence of a number of recent trends. This new Air Force 1 ’07 is done with the synthetic leather and woven textile combo we’ve seen on several recent Dunks in a tonal Tech Grey getup that echoes the most popular neutral look for today, finishing things off with the gum rubber outsole that so many sneaker purists are happy to see as a sign of classic style.
