LeBron James has made a trend of having a second (and now third) version of his signature line come into play for the postseason, but like most ballers of today, the ‘Version 2s’ are in many ways just echoing something Michael Jordan pioneered. The Air Jordan XI IE Low hit retailers in the summer of 1996 as a final cap to the greatest team season in NBA history, but Michael himself had access to em early and even wore them during games on occasion. That original Bred colorway is back but this time features a blacked-out translucent sole in place of the OG ice, which means not only do they have a slightly fresher feel, but you can count on these not to yellow with age.
