We’re the Raging Bull V the first tonal-red sneaker made for a Chicago Bulls legend? Think again. Kudos to you if you remember these ’94 Classics, but if not, we’re here to refresh your memory; the Nike Air Maestro 2 was a middle-of-the-pack Nike Basketball model worn by a number of energetic Shooting Guards/Small Forwards of the mid-90’s – notably three-time Champion Scottie Pippen who suddenly had a world of expectations poured on his shoulders. In his first solo act, Scottie earned an All-Star nod in ’94 and arrived wearing one of the most daring colorways ever done by Nike Basketball – this True Red/White-Black colorway of the Nike Air Maestro. The Air Maestro 2 ‘All-Star’ was re-released in 2004 among a slew of other Maestro colorways (which actually sat on shelves at heavily discounted prices) and returned in the new Maestro Flight rebuild in 2012. More of tonight’s Classics Revisited below, so take a look and let us know where this ranks among all the 90’s BBall classics we’ve covered over the week!
