During Michael Jordan six NBA Championship wins, he faced off against five different teams – the Lakers, Blazers, Suns, Sonics, and Jazz. To be honest, none of teams really gave Jordan and Bulls any reason to believe that they would lose, but Jordan Brand has put the spotlight on two specific teams to create the “Formidable Foes” capsule of Air Jordan 1 Mids. The Phoenix Suns led by Charles Barkley and the Kemp/Payton duo that fueled the Sonics did what they could to push the Bulls to six games, but they were merely prolonging the inevitable fate. Nevertheless, both teams deserve some shine, and tomorrow Jordan Brand retailers like Renarts will begin to stock the Formidable Foes Pack for you to re-familiarize with those 90’s battles. More photos below, so take a look and don’t miss out on the release!
