Most would agree that few sneakers are better than a well broken in pair of Air Jordan 1s. But the question is: Highs or Mids? Well, certainly those same surveyed individuals would contend that the Highs are better, and that may very well be true. Yet, that still doesn’t take away from the greatness that is the Air Jordan 1 Mid. Today, the timeless model returns in a very familiar Black/Gym Red-White colorway; at first look, the “Bred” similarities are evident as it is almost spot on with exception of the white Swoosh in lieu of the customary red. Then, of course, there’s its shortened frame and Jumpman on the tongue instead of “Nike Air” as with its nostalgic counterpart. But even with all that said, this is certainly a great substitute or just a stellar addition to a collection that already features the “Bred” 1’s.
