Nike brought back the classic running model in the Nike Air Odyssey late in 2015. The shoe has a ton of similarities with Tinker Hatfield’s Air Max 1 (just without the visible air unit that made the AM1 so iconic) and has recently returned featuring some noteworthy colorways found on the Air Max 1 like the OG Red installment. Now Nike Sportswear is taking the reigns in a completely new rendition known as the Nike Air Odyssey Deconstruct. The upper is now nearly one-piece with a monochromatic upper and micro perforations on branding duty. What results is a uniquely casual take on the running model the likes of which we’ve never seen before. What do you think of the Odyssey’s transformation? Check out more photos below.
